EMDR Relief & Revive
Trauma Reprocessing Program
MINDRIDGE EMDR RELIEF & REVIVE PROGRAM
A Structured, Trauma-informed path toward stability, processing, and meaningful change
When the Past Still Shows Up in the Present
Trauma does not always appear as memories alone. It can live in the body as tension, emotional reactivity, numbness, anxiety, or a sense of being “on edge” even when life looks stable on the outside.
Many people arrive at EMDR after trying talk therapy and gaining insight, yet still feel stuck.
The nervous system hasn’t fully released what it learned during past experiences.
At MindRidge, we designed the EMDR Relief & Revive program for this moment when you are ready for deeper, carefully paced trauma processing within a clear and supportive structure.
This program is delivered by highly experienced, EMDRIA-Certified EMDR clinicians and follows the 8-Phase EMDR model, with an emphasis on safety, readiness, and integration.
MINDRIDGE EMDR RELIEF & REVIVE PROGRAM
Two Tracks
Same Depth Different Pace
To meet different clinical needs and life circumstances, the EMDR Relief & Revive program is offered in two tracks.
Both follow the same therapeutic phases. The difference is time and intensity, not quality.
EMDR Relief & Revive Track 1
Standard Track – 16 Weeks (Recommended for Most Clients)
The 16-week track offers a steady, spacious pace, one session per week. and is recommended for most individuals, particularly those working with complex trauma, attachment-related experiences, or long-standing emotional patterns.
This format allows ample time for stabilization, trauma processing, and integration.

EMDR Relief & Revive Track 2
Focused Track – 8 Weeks (By Clinical Screening)
The 8-week focused track is a condensed option that includes two sessions per week. It is available for individuals who meet readiness criteria and prefer a more concentrated schedule.
This track follows the same therapeutic phases with greater continuity and momentum, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and regulation.

MINDRIDGE EMDR RELIEF & REVIVE PROGRAM
What Makes EMDR Relief & Revive Different
Living under ongoing pressure, whether from work, caregiving, migration, or long-term stress-related experiences, events, and memories, can quietly shape your nervous system over time. You may appear high-functioning on the outside, yet feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck despite insight and effort.
EMDR Relief & Revive is a structured trauma reprocessing program for individuals seeking meaningful change, not just symptom management. Rather than repeatedly retelling painful experiences, the program focuses on helping your brain and body process what has been stored beneath the surface.
Working with an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Clinician, therapy follows a carefully paced sequence of stabilization, trauma processing, and integration. Early sessions build safety, emotional regulation, and internal resources, allowing trauma work to unfold in a supported and sustainable way.
EMDR allows the brain to reorganize unresolved experiences so they no longer feel as intense or controlling. As therapy progresses, many clients notice reduced emotional reactivity, improved sleep, greater clarity, and a renewed sense of self-trust. With a clear, intentional structure, EMDR Relief & Revive Program builds momentum and supports steady, lasting change.
