  • Family Doctor / Nurse Practitioner: If you have time before a crisis, your regular healthcare provider can help coordinate care and referrals to mental health supports.

You’re Not Alone

It’s okay to ask for help. Reaching out to a trusted person or a professional is a strong first step. Support exists, so you don’t have to manage everything by yourself.

If you’re struggling right now, consider saving emergency contact numbers in a place you can easily access.
